Introduction

1. How could I get samples?

We can supply some free samples ( total value under US 8 dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS or TNT account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of samples is more than US 8 dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to pick up samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together the courier cost by T/T.

2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the Quantity, Gross Weight and your area.

4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes.

If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 2000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

5. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a PROFORMA INVOICE or SALES CONTRACT for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port.
* Transportation Method - by courier, by air only, by sea only, by air door-to-door or by sea door-to-door.
* Product information - model, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required - Usually we can ship our goods to you within one week only after confirm the remittance.
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
* Attached instruction.

6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. The Air Door-to-Door delivery and Sea Door-to-Door delivery are also ok.

7. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

8. What's the warranty of your products?

Within 6 months, depending on the products, but you must operate them according to the Instruction Manual.
